A control room needs connectivity, radios, phones, power and somebody who knows what to do when a generator drops. We bring all of it, install it, and stay while it runs.

Where you've booked an engineer, they stay with the event. Everything else is covered by a documented fallback and a number that gets answered.

Resilient internet
Satellite and multi-network cellular connectivity, independent of whatever the venue does or doesn't have, so your control room stays online in the middle of a field. Failover is automatic.
Recommended for any event where EventControl is the primary log.
On-site technical support
A dedicated engineer with your event from setup to strike, covering EventControl plus your wider networking, comms and control room kit. They resolve problems on site rather than raising a ticket.
Priced per day including travel and accommodation where needed.
On-site hot standby
A local mirror of your control room, synchronised continuously, that takes over if the internet fails entirely. For events where stopping simply isn't an option.
Requires an on-site engineer.
Badge printing
Visitor and vehicle badges printed on site as people arrive, tied to their site access records so accreditation and the gate log always agree with each other.
Works with the Site access module.
Radio hire
Portable radios programmed for your event, with repeaters where the site needs them. Issued and returned through the asset module, so you know who has what.
Works with the Asset issuance module.
Event telephones
On-site VoIP handsets with real external numbers and custom menus, so the box office, control room and welfare each have a dedicated line rather than a personal mobile.
UPS power protection
Battery-backed power for the control room and critical systems, riding through generator changeovers and site power blips without a flicker — and without your log restarting.
Networked CCTV
Temporary camera coverage of gates, arenas and pinch points, with live feeds on the control room screens for the duration of your event.

Common questions.
Do we have to take on-site services to use EventControl?
No. The platform stands on its own and plenty of events run it on their own connectivity with their own kit. On-site services exist because a lot of sites don't have what a control room needs, not because the software depends on them.
Can you work alongside our existing suppliers?
Yes, and often we do. If you already have radios or a connectivity provider we'll work with them rather than duplicating. Tell us what's in place and we'll scope around it.
How far do you travel?
UK-wide. Travel and accommodation are included in the quote rather than added afterwards, so the number you're given is the number you pay.
How much notice do you need?
The more the better, particularly in peak season — satellite capacity and engineers are finite. Contact us as early as you can, even if the plan isn't fixed.
